Comblain la Tour (provincie Luik)
De shootings gebeuren gedurende het weekend van Hemelvaart met mogelijkheid tot overnachten. Je kan voor één of meerdere dagen komen.
Maaltijden:
Er zijn maaltijden voorzien voor de mensen die overnachten
- Ontbijt van 08.00 tot 10.00 uur
Mogelijkheid om een luchtpakket te maken
- Avondeten na terugkomst thuis
Adres:
- Wie met de trein komt:
- Afstappen in Comblain-la-Tour, lijn 43 van Liège Guillemins naar Marche-en-Famenne (Marloie), station op 20km van Luik. Aankomst ten laatste om 10 's uur morgens of na 18 uur. Het huis is op één minuut van het station gelegen.
- Wie met de wagen komt:
- GPS: rue des écoles 11, 4180 Hamoir (gehucht Comblain-la-Tour). Het huis is rechts in beeld. Je kan tijdelijk parkeren aan het huis om je spullen te lossen en dan de wagen op de parking van de school zetten.
Aankomst: iedere dag mogelijk tot 10 uur of 's avonds (tenzij anders afgesproken).
Meebrengen als je blijft logeren
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om voor één of meerdere dagen te komen. Modellen die blijven logeren: voorzie badspullen zoals een badhanddoek, washandje, tandenborstel, kussensloop... (het zijn individuele kamers, het is geen hotel).
Kledij
Minimum:
- effen, strakke t-shirt met korte mouwen, marcelleke, hemd
- een blauwe of witte jeansbroek
Andere aanbevolen kledij en accessoires (naar keuze):
- sweater (met kap of zonder, met rits), hemd (geruit of denim)
- jeans short, witte jeans,...
- accessoires zoals petje, bandana of muts, leren armband, riemen,...
Kies liefst voor strak zittende kleren. Een koffer op wieltjes is zeer onhandig waar we zullen gaan. Gebruik een rugzak om je spullen mee te nemen naar de lokaties. Het is ook goed bruikbaar als foto-accessoire.
Huisreglement:
- Er wordt niet gerookt of gevapt in het huis of de tuinen.
- Gasten nodigen geen vreemden uit zonder voorafgaandelijke toelating van de organisatie.
- Bij het niet naleven van deze regels wordt je onmiddelijk uitgesloten. De beslissingen van de organisatoren zijn definitief.

Les shootings ont lieu pendant les congés de l'ascension avec possibilité de loger sur place. Il est possible de venir pour un ou plusieurs jours.
Repas:
Les repas sont prévus pour les personnes qui restent loger:
- Déjeuner de 08.00 à 10.00
Possibilité de préparer un panier-repas pour la journée.
- Souper en deux groupes après le retour du shooting à partir de 18.00h

- Pour ceux qui viennent en train:
- La gare la plus proche est Comblain-la-Tour, ligne 43 de Liège Guillemins à Marche-en Famenne (Marloie), c'est la gare à 20km de Liège. La maison est à une minute de la gare. A cause des pertes de temps que cela engendre, nous ne venons chercher personne à une autre gare.
- Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture:
- GPS rue des écoles 11, 4180 Hamoir (village de Comblain-la-Tour), arrêt momentané devant la maison pour décharger et parking sur le terrain de l'école à coté. La maison est à droite sur l'image.
Arrivée: chaque jour jusqu'à environ 10.00 heures ou le soir (sauf accord préalable).
A prendre avec vous si vous logez sur place
Possibilité de venir pour un ou plusieurs jours. Les modèles qui restent loger: prévoir un nécessaire de toilette (essuies, gant de toilette, savon, brosse à dents,...) et une taie d'oreller. Il s'agit de chambres individuelles, pas d'un hotel.
Vêtements
Minimum à prévoir:
- T shirt uni, serrant, débardeur
- Jeans bleu ou blanc
Autres habuts et accessoires recommandés (au choix):
- Sweater, chemise (à carreaux ou denim)
- Jeans short, jeans blanc
- Accessoires: bonnet, bandana ou casquette, bracelets en cuir, ceintures,...
Prenez des vêtements seyants, pas des trucs trop larges. Une valise avec des roulettes n'est pas pratique pour les shootings à l'extérieur. Prévoyez un sac à dos pour mettre vos effets. Le sac à dos est également un bon accessoire pour les photos.
Règlement d'ordre intérieur:
- Il est strictement interdit de fumer et de vapoter dans la maison et les jardins.
- Ne pas introduire des personnes inconnues sans autorisation préalable.
- Ne pas suivre ces quelques règles conduit à l'exclusion immédiate. Les décisions de l'organisation sont sans appel.

The International Shooting Days are organised by photographers from different countries.
We rent a big house for the Shooting Days and it's possible to stay for the night free of charge. This is important, so we can work with international models and photographers and we don't loose time.
We limit the number of participants (both models and photographers) so that everybody can work with everybody. We also split the group, one staying at the house and doing fotoshoots inside and in the garden, the other group going to a location nearby.
The available places are limited and we need to be sure that the persons who register will come to the event. Don't register if you re not sure to participate.
You can come by car (prefered) or by railroad: the railroad station is Comblai-la-Tour, line 43 to Marche-en-Famenne Marloie (from Liège Guillemins, the main railroad station). We don't have time to pick models at different stations and times. If you come by car the address is on the right. You can see the house on your right.
For those who stay at the house
You will need to bring your own toiletry kit (towels, washcloth, soap, toothbrush, ...) and a pillow case. These are individual rooms, not a hotel.
Meals are provided between 08.00 and 10.00h (breakfast), possibility to make a packed lunch. Evening meal in two groups after the shooting, starting around 18.00h
Clothing
Don't use loose clothing but tight fitting ones.
Minimum:
- plain t shirt, tank top
- blue or white jeans
Other recommended clothing and accessories (free to choose):
- sweater, casual shirt (denim or lumberjack shirt)
- Jeans short
- Accessories: bandana, pet, leather bracelet, belts,...
Don't use a suitcase on location, put your stuff in a backpack when we go shooting. A backpack is also a great attribute for the shootings.
Each day, we'll try to work around a specific theme. No need to buy specific clothes, but if you have some, bring them with you.
House rules:
- No smoking or vaping in the house and gardens.
- Don't invite unknown people in the house without our approval.
- Not following these simple rules will get you excluded immediately. The decisions are final.
